Normal Procedure:
1. Customers provide the drawing or samples for the request
2. Our engineers quote based on the samples or the drawing. We also provide the suggestions to do the specific products based on the details.
3. If the price is ok, after 50% for the mold, we wil start the 3D drawing. Once the drawing is approved, we start the tooling. The tooling lead time is normally 30 days.
4. We submit the sample for approval. If approved, we will start the production after the customer's deposit for the bulk order.

For surface treatment, we can do polishing and electroplating, Powder Coating, anodizing, vacuum coating, and so on.
