Four Axis Cnc Machining
Cnc Machining Parts has always been the core product of my company.
When the workpiece is not positioned in space, it has six degrees of freedom, three linear displacement degrees of freedom of X\Y\Z and the corresponding three rotational displacement degrees of freedom of A\B\C.
The six degrees of freedom are usually represented by the X, Y, and Z of the cartesian coordinate system and the corresponding A, B, and C of rotation.
For example, multi-axis CNC machine tools, namely machining centers, need to set the number of axles according to the programming of machining objects.
Three axis nc machining centers are common in the market, which have three linear displacement axes of X, Y, and Z. The so-called four-axis machining center is generally added with a rotation axis, usually called the fourth axis. The corresponding processing center is the four-axis processing center.
